About the role: What's in the Box
This role supports the Good Chop domain at HelloFresh — a fast-growing US-based brand delivering high-quality meat and seafood directly to customers. The domain covers the full customer journey end-to-end, from acquisition funnel through to retention, and operates with a high degree of autonomy and fast iteration, while leveraging HelloFresh’s global infrastructure.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer (B2B), you will contribute to key initiatives across the customer-facing web application, working with a modern React / Next.js / TypeScript stack. The role focuses on delivering high-quality frontend solutions, contributing to architectural improvements, and supporting the evolution of the platform in areas such as scalability, observability, and AI-supported development workflows.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of frontend solutions for customer-facing applications
Build and optimize experiences using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Support improvements in monitoring, alerting, and production observability
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver features
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience
Utilize AI tools and modern development practices to increase efficiency and quality

Strong experience with React + TypeScript (ideally with Next.js)
Experience delivering production-grade frontend applications
Good understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
Familiarity with monitoring/observability in production environments
Experience working in cross-functional product environments
Proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive improvements
Interest in using AI tools as part of the development workflow

- Technical/Product/Design leadership: Drive best practices and influence architecture/design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
- End-to-end development/delivery: Drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.
