Are you a technical Project Manager who thrives in complex product development environments? At Cibes Lift, you will lead cross functional R&D projects from idea to industrialization, working close to engineering, production, quality and suppliers. This is a role where structure meets creativity, and where your leadership truly makes an impact.

Your role - projects from concept to reality

As Project Manager within R&D Europe, you are responsible for driving technical product development projects end to end. You lead initiatives ranging from full development projects (From start to finish) to continuous product improvements, always with focus on quality, time and cost.

You will:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across R&D, Production Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing

Plan, define and communicate project scope, objectives, timelines and status to stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Manage risks, dependencies and changes throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with modularization and regulatory requirements

Own project budgets, follow up deviations and initiate corrective actions

Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers when needed

You will work closely with another Project Manager, creating redundancy, continuity and knowledge sharing within the organization.
