ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

This role supports RGM strategy development and execution for Sweden, acting as a business partner across functions, end markets and categories, provides key commercial insights and recommendations, driving sustainable value growth & helping to embed RGM mindset across organisation.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

The jobholder will support the Gr 36 RGM Manager in the Area team by analysing the data, providing quality insights based on it & driving RGM agenda across WE.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role is supports Senior Commercial Finance Manager with RGM strategy development and execution for across SE: capturing revenue growth opportunities though variety of business initiatives and championing RGM mindset across the organization.

Drive sustainable net revenue growth in partnership with a cross-functional team: use RGM methodology and tools to develop and influence the strategies to grow revenue and improve profit for the organization though effective management of pricing, assortment and trade investments.

Work proactively and collaboratively across the organization and provide thoughtful insights on key business decisions. Identify risks and opportunities and support LT team in delivery of business objectives.

Work effectively with multiple stakeholders and supporting functions to ensure the achievement of RGM program objectives. Manage projects related to data and analytics toolkit, collaborate with RGM COE to evolve RGM capabilities at BAT

Ensure transparent and objective financial insight is provided to support commercial decisions; these include

Providing pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments
