Job Title: HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of complex HR programs from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring strong alignment with the People Strategy and overall HR portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in Planview, ensuring operational feasibility and strategic impact.
  • Drive portfolio insights, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations for the HR Portfolio Board and HRLT.
  • Ensure a high-quality stakeholder and employee experience throughout project design and implementation.
  • Provide HR leadership for M&A‑related activities, including due diligence, integration planning, culture harmonization, workforce transition, and alignment to global HR standards.
  • Lead HR workstreams related to organizational growth, workforce expansion, capability ramp‑up, and structural evolution, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy, HC outlook, and BSR cycles.
  • Support large scale expansions

Requirements

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Agile/Scrum).
  • Background in HR transformation, HR systems or HR process design.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Planview experience is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing HR or business transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience applying structured methodologies.
