Your Role and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a new Senior Project Manager to join our team in IEC LV Motors, Vaasa. In this role, you will take ownership of technically demanding customer delivery projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of customer commitments and industrial execution in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for deliveries that may include new technical solutions, specific customer requirements, or demanding industrial conditions. You will operate in the customer interface while acting primarily as an internal coordinator across engineering, sourcing, supplier quality, production, and operations to ensure feasibility, alignment, and reliable execution.

Additionally, you will lead customer delivery projects from order confirmation to final delivery and ensure that commitments made to customers are realistic, industrially feasible, and successfully executed.

Additionally, you will be mainly accountable for:

Participating in quotation phase discussions for technically demanding cases to assess manufacturability and potential risks

Evaluating supplier readiness, tooling requirements, and production feasibility

Coordinating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sourcing, quality, and operations

Identifying and mitigating technical and industrial risks early in the project lifecycle

Maintaining structured project governance, progress follow-up, reporting as well as m onitoring and reporting of project-related cost
