Key to this role is your ability to grasp the bigger picture of how tools and AI techniques fit together, and to stay ahead of the curve on what's coming next. While we value deep expertise, we prioritize individuals who can iterate quickly and continuously learn. You enjoy trying out new tools, prototyping solutions, and learning from failures and successes alike.

In this lead role, you will be a driving force in our knowledge-sharing culture. You'll collaborate with a diverse internal community of experts across AI, DevOps, cloud, and software development, while also keeping an eye on industry trends outside Eficode and bringing fresh insights back to the team.
