About the role

This role supports the planning and execution of engineering changes to the manufacturing BOM and factories, managing HW Product Data within the Oura PDM system. You will ensure changes adhere to the Oura Change Management process, safeguarding product data integrity. The role involves close collaboration with NPI, Operational Program Management, R&D hardware teams, and other HW/Operations/Supply Chain groups, and contributing to Product Data Management during the NPI phase.

Work tasks

You'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of engineering changes to the manufacturing BOM and to the factories, which includes managing HW Product Data within the Oura Product Data Management system.

Your mission will be to ensure every change adheres to the Oura Change Management process. You will be the guardian of product data integrity, ensuring that every hardware evolution seamlessly transitions from R&D to the factory floor, directly impacting the quality of Oura's world-class wearable technology.

You'll support their manufacturing sites regarding all change management activities and documentation. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and actively contribute to Product Data Management activities during the NPI phase.
