Content Migration Specialist
to join Telia on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026.
My name is Adelina Kiškytė, and I am leading the Digital Operations and Optimization team at Telia. We’re looking for a Content Migration Specialist to join our customer-focused, data-driven team in Vilnius. You’ll become part of a skilled group of digital experts working together to create seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer journeys across our digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in migrating our webpage (telia.lt) content from an old content management system (CMS) to a new one. Your work will focus on ensuring that transferred content is easy to navigate, consistent, and user‑centric. You’ll collaborate closely with content administrators to ensure all pages meet our brand guidelines and apply best accessibility, SEO, and UX practices.
Migrate web pages from one CMS to another
Build and improve user journeys that support intuitive navigation and user needs
Review and clean up existing content, including rewriting content to ensure it meets accessibility requirements and Telia brand guidelines
Implement best SEO and UX practices
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of migrated pages
Use Excel / Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence to manage migration work
Collaborate with content administrators, developers, marketing teams, and product owners to collect relevant information
Share insights, flag issues, and report bugs when needed to support smooth migration

1-2 years of hands-on experience working with a content management system (Contentful experience is a strong advantage)
Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals
A good understanding of UX principles and how they apply to content and user journeys
The ability to think from a user’s perspective when structuring and migrating content
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver within deadlines
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
