Design Engineer, Electronics

NORDIC LIGHTS® designs and manufactures premium, high quality work and driving lights for heavy duty vehicles serving the mining, construction, forestry, material handling, and agricultural industries.

In this role you'll be:

Working as an electronics design engineer in a global design team of seven persons

Designing electronics according to specifications coming from our customers along with updating our current product portfolio

Developing new products from prototype to finished product

Verifying the functionality of your designs and performance in EMC-tests

Providing technical support to purchase department when it comes to electronics.

Requirements and desired profile:

Solid experience within electronics design, preferably +5 years of experience, but a minimum of 3 years of experience

Suitable degree in engineering (electronics)

Fluent in English, other language skills are seen as a benefit

Experience from power supply design or LED-lighting design are seen as benefits but not required
