About this role

As Product Manager you are responsible for ensuring that we build the right product. This role defines product direction, ensures competitiveness, and aligns product development with customer needs, business goals, and long-term sustainability.

The Product Manager operates primarily in a quarter and yearly time horizon and works closely with stakeholders across business, delivery and development. In the product development function we operate in a Scrum-inspired development model, but not in a textbook Scrum environment.

As a result, product management must continuously balance long-term product direction with incoming project-driven demand.

Description of the role and responsibilities

A key part of the Product Manager's role is ensuring that project and customer needs are integrated into the product in a controlled way, without fragmenting the product or creating unnecessary technical complexity. Strong prioritization and clear product ownership are critical to ensuring development capacity is used effectively.

You will be translating market needs, customer problems, and strategic objectives into clear product priorities. This role ensures that development capacity is used on the most valuable problems and that the product evolves in a coherent and competitive way. Overall, the role covers:
