About this role
We are looking for a dynamic P&A EU Business Developer to help accelerate Parts & Accessories (P&A) growth across Europe.
About the Role
In this role, you will shape the full P&A sales concept within the assigned distribution channels, working closely with global, regional, and local teams.
You will play a critical role in maximizing the performance of existing P&A products and ensuring strong readiness for new launches.
Your work will directly support the Aftersales & Services ambition and strengthen P&A’s contribution to the Europe Business Unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare the end‑to‑end P&A sales process, ensuring full readiness for market rollout.
- Define and coordinate sales tactics, campaigns, activities, and sales tools.
- Collaborate closely with GTM / Activation Managers to secure strong execution of P&A initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and uncover P&A business potential across assigned channels.
- Lead market research and benchmark analysis to gather customer and competitor insights.
- Adapt tactics to suit different channels and market needs.
- Support yearly planning, GTM calendars, and major product launches.
- Gather and consolidate feedback on new product opportunities (products, packaging, kits) and work with Product Management on development and GTM follow‑up.
- Contribute to defining the P&A commercial and sales concept strategy.
- Provide complementary support to Sales Operations, including forecasting and analytics.
