We're seeking an experienced Vice President, Supply Quality Development, for our Minerals Supplier Quality organisation.

In this senior leadership role, you will define and drive Minerals' global supplier quality and sustainability agenda. You will be accountable for supplier quality and development across BA Minerals, ensuring high performance, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the global supply base.

You will lead a global quality organization within Minerals Procurement and work closely with internal stakeholders and global suppliers to deliver robust quality, HSE, and sustainability outcomes aligned with business priorities. A key part of the role is leading the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions to strengthen operational excellence, quality performance, and long-term sustainability.
