We're seeking a senior architect to lead the design of complex, distributed systems in the banking, payments, and financial service domains.

This strategic, client-facing role requires strong experience in multi-vendor service delivery, architecture design, and guiding teams to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to distill requirements into clear, actionable user stories, ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture policies and standards, and drive delivery of robust, scalable systems that meet mission-critical needs.

Required skills and expertise

At least 5 years of experience in solution design, having worked in architectural design roles and the ability to model complex IT solutions.

Ability to engage with stakeholders, combine business and technology needs, simplify complex topics, and clearly articulate value and risks.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and lead technical discussions.

A solution-oriented mindset, actively seeking solutions collaborating with sales and account teams on RFPs, architecture assessments, and solution blueprints.

Expertise in security and risk management, applying zero-trust principles
