You will be given responsibility for leading Dustin's Relation Sales business in Finland, driving profitable growth, strengthening the customer offering, and ensuring strong execution of the commercial strategy.

Together with your team, you will build a strong and competitive sales business in Finland, with a clear focus on customer value and long-term growth. You will work closely not only with your leadership team, but also with key vendors and partners, as well as group functions such as Offering & Procurement, Operations, Finance, and HR, and with other country organisations across Dustin.
