Responsibilities

  • As Global Marketing Manager, you drive profitable growth while modernising how the portfolio is positioned, sold, and managed globally. You lead the global product marketing organisation for pneumatic tools, accessories, and sockets, ensuring strong performance today while setting a clear direction for the future.
  • In close collaboration with commercial and operational teams, you shape scalable, increasingly digital go to market models and create clarity, focus, and efficiency across the portfolio.
  • In the role, you:
  • Lead and develop a global team across product marketing, product management, product support, and business development
  • Own the portfolio end to end, including lifecycle management, portfolio optimisation, and go to market strategy
  • Lead the transition towards more digital, data driven, and transactional sales models
