Responsibilities

• Would you like to play a key role in Orion's digitalisation, globalisation and in ensuring that technology investments and operations align with organisational goals? We are looking for a Head of CIO Office to serve as a close partner to the CIO, to own the IT operating model and to oversee IT governance and strategy.
• As Head of the CIO Office, your responsibility is:
• to lead the definition, development and operationalization of the long-term IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
• to ensure an efficient and effective IT operating model that enables the use of information, technology, and IT services globally
• clear governance framework and discipline, effective guidelines, and controls to ensure the compliance, security and business continuity
• Definition, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics
• Development of the supplier and partner ecosystem and strategic IT vendor management
• The role is based in Espoo or Turku and reports to CIO.
