Product Owner, Martech

About the role

We are now looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in Marketing & Sales automation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for marketing automation–related development needs across Fortum Consumer Solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a clear and well‑prioritized roadmap for the future development of our marketing automation area.

Your responsibilities include:

Acting as the Product Owner for our marketing automation platform, with end‑to‑end responsibility for the development of the platform.

Managing the development backlog in Jira, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements for development. This means documenting functional and non-functional requirements, writing epics, user stories, tasks, and bug reports, as well as contributing to solution documentation.

Leading refinement sessions, facilitating workshops, and following up to ensure alignment, progress and delivery.

Contributing to solution design and delivery with a hands-on approach. You actively work with marketing automation tools and support our technical architect in delivering hands-on solutions across countries, while maintaining your own technical expertise.
