You’ll get hands-on experience helping us manage everything from scouting locations and handling product samples to supporting the team on-set. It’s a great role for someone who loves checklists and wants to see how creative ideas actually come to life in a fast-paced brand.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities 🚀</strong></p><p><span>On-Set Production &amp; Logistics</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in scouting locations, securing permits, and coordinating transportation and travel for crew and talent.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide on-site support during shoot days, managing catering, schedules, and general needs to ensure a smooth workflow.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Product &amp; Sample Management</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the logistics of samples: requesting products from the warehouse, prepping them for shoots, and ensuring they are returned in top condition.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain and organize the studio inventory, including both Tropicfeel products and the styling/prop archive.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Project Coordination &amp; Tracking</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Help keep our project management tool (ClickUp) up to date by assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in organizing PPM (Pre-Production Meetings) and post-shoot de-briefs between the creative and post-production teams.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Research &amp; Sourcing</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Proactively search for new talent (photographers, stylists, models) and unique locations that align with the brand’s aesthetic and budget.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?🕵️</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Background:</strong> Currently studying or recently graduated in Audiovisual Production, Design, Business, or similar.</p></li><li><p><strong>Organizational Ninja:</strong> You love planning and have a natural knack for keeping track of "moving parts." Whether it’s a trip with friends or a complex project, you’re the one with the checklist.</p></li><li><p><strong>Production Interest:</strong> You have a genuine interest in audiovisual production, events, or logistics. Previous experience in these areas (even in personal projects) is a huge plus!</p></li><li><p><strong>Problem-Solver Mindset:</strong> You are proactive and ready to jump in whenever a need arises on-set or in the office.</p></li><li><p><strong>Tools:</strong> Familiarity with project management tools (like ClickUp or Notion) is a plus.</p></li><li><p><strong>Languages:</strong> <strong>English is a must</strong> (we are a global team!).
