We are looking for a Maintenance Planner for a temporary position of 12 months to join our team working for a sustainable future.

The preferred location for this position is in Vaasa, Finland, with the flexibility of remote working options.

What you will be doing

The position involves a main responsibility of maintenance planning support towards long term service agreements in Marine 4-stroke portfolio. Your work will include providing quarterly reports, budgets & scope of work for overhauls, following up on performed services and updating the supporting software tools accordingly. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You'll be working as a part of our energetic maintenance management team with diverse expertise.

As a Maintenance Planner, your work will focus on these responsibilities: Preparing maintenance plan for each contract in the assigned area of responsibility.

Planning and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls.

Planning the resources and competences for execution of field work.

Building and maintaining good communication
