About the role and the team
This is a practical role where you'll work across sales, data, and operations, contributing immediately from day one.
In this role, you will support our sales teams with daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring they have what they need to succeed. You will be responsible for managing agreements and making sure the correct and updated versions are used across our systems.
Additional tasks include:
Handle incoming customer orders
Support the execution of sales campaigns
Manage sales inventory, including merchandise and materials
Support construction teams with address-related data
Handle escalations when needed
Contact customers via phone and email regarding construction-related matters
Follow up with customers who have active orders, but where installation has not yet been booked
Handle cases where customers want to change or cancel their order
Act as support function combining customer intera
