We are looking for an experienced and proactive Group Customs Responsible to lead all customs, foreign trade, and trade compliance activities across the organization. About the role In this key role, you will ensure that our import, export, and customs processes are legally compliant, efficient, and harmonized across multiple countries. As the company's central expert on customs and trade compliance, you will guide internal teams, manage regulatory risks, and support the development of systems, governance, and competencies to meet both business needs and evolving regulatory requirements. Main responsibilities: Maintain the Group's customs and trade compliance framework and harmonized processes Act as the main contact for customs authorities and auditors Manage and develop AEO certification and related documentation Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact Oversee compliant import and export processes across all sites Ensure accurate HS classifications, origin management, and key documentation (e.g., LTSD, certificates of origin) Lead CBAM reporting and monitor emerging sustainability-related trade regulations Conduct sanctions screenings and assess dual-use or military-related risks Provide training and guidance to internal teams on customs and compliance topics To be successful in this role, you'll have the following: Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply C
