RPA / UiPath Developer

Role description

As an RPA / UiPath Developer at Aspia, you design and build UiPath automations that streamline finance, payroll, and HR processes across our Nordic operations.

You deliver reliable, secure, and well-documented automations end-to-end (build, test, deploy, and maintain) together with business stakeholders such as Process Owners. You manage UiPath Orchestrator assets (e.g., queues, credentials, triggers), monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues. Your work includes solution design, documentation, supporting releases and hypercare.

You will work as part of a skilled Group Intelligent Automation team and report to the Head of Processes and Intelligent Automation. The position is temporary (fixed-term) from 1.5. to 31.12. due to various on-going projects requiring RPA development.

What we expect from you

Hands-on experience in RPA / UiPath development covering the full lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, and maintain).

Relevant higher education degree in business or technology. UiPath certifications are considered an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work and technical documentations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to facilitate solution design.

Fluency in English. Mastering Finnish, Swedish, or other Aspia country language(s) is an advantage, b
