The Impact You'll Make
You will play a key role in strengthening Danfoss' presence in Northern Finland, a region with strong growth potential and long-term customer relationships. As our local face in the market, you will help customers adopt energy-efficient hydronic solutions that support more sustainable buildings and infrastructure.
This role gives you the opportunity to build and own your territory. With no legacy setup in the region, you will shape how Danfoss is perceived, trusted, and chosen by customers across the HVAC value chain.
Working independently but never alone, you will represent a global technology leader while enjoying the freedom to plan your days, grow your network, and see the direct impact of your work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within HVAC, construction, building services, or a related technical field
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a large geographic area
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the motivation to create opportunities and open doors
- Fluency in Finnish and a good working level of English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Finland as part of a field-based role
