Responsibilities

• Handling our 24/7 customer, venue partner and courier partner support together with the team;
• Communicating with customers via live chat or over the phone;
• Simply and clearly responding to questions and queries from our customers, venue partners and courier partners, finding solutions to exceed their expectations;
• Developing our customer, venue partner and courier partner support together with the team;
• It’s a shift-based role, so you are able to work during mornings, nights and weekends - we are open 7 days a week;
• You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer team-oriented mindset;
• You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture;
• Multitasking is your strong suit and you’re prepared to manage multiple incoming interactions
• Simultaneously and effortlessly determine which take priority;
• You are fluent in Romanian language and you have professional working proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Gestionarea, împreună cu echipa, a suportului 24/7 pentru clienți, partenerii locali (restaurante/venue partners) și partenerii curieri;
• Comunicarea cu clienții prin chat live sau telefonic;
• Răspuns simplu și clar la întrebările și solicitările clienților, ale partenerilor (restaurante/venue partners) și ale curierilor, găsind soluții care să le depășească așteptările;
• Dezvoltarea serviciilor de suport pentru clienți, parteneri și curieri, împreună cu echipa.
• Este un rol bazat pe ture, astfel că trebuie să poți lucra dimineața, noaptea și în weekend – suntem deschiși 7 zile pe săptămână;
• Ai abilități excelente de comunicare, cu o notă personală, și o atitudine orientată către client și lucru în echipă;
• Înveți repede și ești atent(ă) atât la detalii, cât și la imaginea de ansamblu.
• Multitasking-ul este punctul tău forte și ești pregătit(ă) să gestionezi simultan mai multe interacțiuni, stabilind ușor care sunt prioritare;
• Vorbești fluent limba română și ai cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel profesional.

What you’ll be doing We’re currently looking for full-time/part-time Support Associates to join our team in Romania! In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers, venues and courier partners.
