Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense! We are now hiring a Project Planner for a permanent position. The preferred work location would be Pori or Rauma but working from other Enersense offices or remotely is also possible.

The open position is within our Energy Transitionbusiness unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants, and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.

Job responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed master construction schedules and project control procedures for live projects

Prepare and present progress updates and performance reports to senior management

Manage your assigned project, ensuring progress is on track while assisting other team members as needed

Liaise with project stakeholders to review progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues

Develop schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring progress reporting is consistently updated

Establish resource requirements for project schedules and communicate tools for achieving project goals

Provide performance updates and reports, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field
  • At least 2 years of relevant planning experience in industrial projects
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, combined with excellent organizational skills
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in using project scheduling tools Safran and/or Primavera P6
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and the ability
