Lead UX Designer

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our Design team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland.

What's your role?

Drives consistent and high-quality UX design for the Vaisala products and systems. UX design focuses on software interfaces of our software and hardware products and systems. The scope covers different business lines product development and customer facing UX design

Responsible for developing UX design competence. This includes UX design-related practices, tools, processes and setting the quality standards
