People and Culture

Operations & Advisory is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised and standardised People and Culture Operations & Advisory for bp from several geographical delivery centres as appropriate for bp’s footprint.  People and Culture Operations & Advisory are the first point of contact for People and Culture related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.

In this role You will:

Ensure professional coordination in HR Administration area, provide professional support for the HR Administrators, participate in the daily operation and provide full support in the absence of colleagues

Participate in end-to-end new joiner process

Manage occupational medical check-up, private healthcare services, vendors

Participate in monthly payroll closing

Be in charge of the work time management system

Handle end-to-end process of Internal Moves and other contract modification cases

Answer employees’ questions, giving full scope advice in HR Administration related queries

Track legislations, consistently monitor and review the existing systems’ performance, identify gaps and recommend enhancements as required

Participate and represent the HR Operations Team in relevant HR projects

Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; provide support, giving labour law related advice to the employees and managers regarding HR administration topics

What You will need to be successful:

Extensive experience in HR administration and/or payroll field preferably in BSC / SSC or FMCG environment

Proficiency in Hungarian and English language

Ability to seek out and understand relevant legal regulations (labour law)

Confident computer skills (MS office, preferable in Excel)

Strong understanding of HR processes and ticketing systems

Customer focused approach with exceptional communication skills

Experience Salesforce and Workday is good to have

Good problem-solving skills

Good time management skills, ability to keep tight deadlines
