Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will take ownership of partner operations and play a key part in developing, optimizing, and executing partner strategies, processes, and digital initiatives.
  • As a Partner Operation Specialist, you will independently manage and lead a variety of operational and project-based initiatives within partner management. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvements across partnership-related activities.
  • Leading and supporting partner operations, including partnership management, capability development, and digital operations
  • Managing and contributing to projects such as partner training programs, enablement initiatives, and course development
  • Supporting the development of partner marketing materials, policy documentation, and operational processes
  • Driving project management and analysis within areas such as product operations, user operations, and data operations for digital products
  • Participating in product launches and go-to-market (GTM) activities
  • Identifying risks and challenges, proactively proposing solutions, and ensuring smooth execution
  • Supporting and adapting partner policies and operational frameworks to local and regional needs
  • Utilizing digital tools and data insights to enhance and standardize partner operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in partner development, partnership management, or partner operations
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and data analysis
  • Experience in project management and process improvement is highly valued
  • Fluency in Chinese
  • Fluency in English is considered a strong merit
