Housekeeping – Luxury Villas, Lapland (Winter 2026–2027)

We are looking for reliable Housekeeping staff to join Arctra for the winter season 2026–2027, working with private high-end clients in Rovaniemi.

This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our luxury villas. You will ensure that villas are always clean, prepared, and welcoming, working closely with the rest of the team to support smooth daily operations.

The work includes cleaning, preparing villas between guest stays, and maintaining overall tidiness and comfort during the stay.

Housekeeping on keskeinen osa asiakkaan kokonaiskokemusta. Vastaat luksushuviloiden siisteydestä, viihtyisyydestä ja valmiudesta asiakkaiden saapuessa ja oleskelun aikana.

Työ sisältää huolellista siivousta, tilojen valmistelua asiakkaiden välillä sekä yleisestä järjestyksestä ja laadusta huolehtimista. Työ sopii erityisesti esimerkiksi opiskelijoille tai henkilöille, jotka etsivät joustavaa kausityötä.

What the role is like

The role includes flexible and sometimes irregular working hours, especially during the peak Christmas season.

As daily schedules follow guest arrivals and their program, plans may vary and require flexibility. The ability to adapt and work efficiently is essential in this role.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure villas are always in excellent condition.
