About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the global Contact Pro sales specialist team: this is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, driving significant business growth.
We expect the new leader to be a business builder who can deliver tangible results: you will take ownership of the team's strategy and development, refine its market approach, and be responsible for its overall success.
Key responsibilities: Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Evolve and execute a multi-faceted Go-to-Market strategy to drive growth and expand our market share across EMEA and Americas
Drive Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the Contact Pro sales targets. Develop and execute a plan to accelerate business growth and deliver results across all the KPIs (financials, pipeline, average deal size, close rate, etc.)
Develop Partner & Channel Opportunities: Identify, build and nurture a strong partner ecosystem. This includes fostering the current partners and creating relationships with selected key partners (e.g., Telcos, System Integrators, VARs) to develop new revenue streams and expand our reach.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and grow the existing team of Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and success in a fast-pace
