At CBRE, our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team delivers integrated facilities management services to leading organisations worldwide. We're now looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our growing team in Mäntsälä for one of our large, global clients.
About the role
As a multi-skilled technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising building systems to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment for our client's site. This is a hands-on role, where your technical expertise directly impacts daily operations.
What You'll DoCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot faults
Support the installation, testing, and modification of building equipment and systems
Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure timely completion
Use internal systems to track tasks and maintain accurate service records
Monitor and support energy efficiency by ensuring systems operate at optimal performance
Inspect installations for compliance with safety standards and building regulations, reporting any issues
Follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement where possible
What You BringTechnical or vocational background within engineering, maintenance, or similar
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and work in a structured way
Good communication skills in both Finnish and English is a must
