Responsibilities
- You will work on a wide range of commercial and legal matters to support our local commercial, industrial, R&D, and other entities (including factories and warehouses), many of which involve international elements:
- Prepare and review tenders and contracts, and support customer negotiations.
- Review and negotiate channel partner agreements (e.g., Distribution, OEM, System Integrator, Services).
- Draft and maintain template agreements and terms & conditions.
- Provide pre-litigation and claims support.
- Oversee litigation and represent the organization in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities to protect the organization's lega
