Responsibilities

  • You will work on a wide range of commercial and legal matters to support our local commercial, industrial, R&D, and other entities (including factories and warehouses), many of which involve international elements:
  • Prepare and review tenders and contracts, and support customer negotiations.
  • Review and negotiate channel partner agreements (e.g., Distribution, OEM, System Integrator, Services).
  • Draft and maintain template agreements and terms & conditions.
  • Provide pre-litigation and claims support.
  • Oversee litigation and represent the organization in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities to protect the organization's lega
