DIRECT SALES SPECIALIST

to join our Retail team!

As a Direct Sales Specialist, you are a commercially minded analytics partner in Direct Sales team within Retail . You support revenue performance in Finnair's direct digital channels (Finnair.com and the App) by analyzing customer and sales data to identify opportunities, bottlenecks and performance drivers, and by translat ing insights into concrete actions with stakeholders.

Y ou help build scalable performance management by improving data consistency and quality and by accelerating reporting automation in close collaboration with Analytics and Digital teams.

You communicate performance and insights through clear and structured communication to support fast decision-making.

This role suits a commercial-minded problem solver who enjoys working with analytics and multiple stakeholders, stays structured, and can explain insights clearly for both operational and senior audiences.

You will be part of Retail team and report to Head of Direct Sales.

Main responsibilities: Analyze sales and customer behavior data across Finnair.com, the App, and Meta , identify opportunities, bottlenecks and drivers of change.

Monitor KPIs and assess the commercial impact of actions ; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
