As a Therapy Area Manager (TAM) in Oncology, you will lead the in‑market execution of AstraZeneca’s tumor strategies and deliver sales performance for assigned brands and indications across your country. You will translate tumor strategic plans into compliant, impactful initiatives, drive demand generation and pull‑through, and partner closely with Medical, Market Access and Diagnostics teams to address access barriers and accelerate adoption in priority oncology centers. You will uphold AstraZeneca Values and compliance standards while fostering effective cross‑functional collaboration across the Baltics and broader CEEBA Area.
What you’ll do
Own business performance
: Manage your brand/therapy area to achieve phased budget targets; analyze and report monthly performance drivers; lead local input to annual and mid‑term forecasts; and manage indication/brand budgets.
Drive (pre)launch excellence
: Lead the Tumor Strategy Plan (TSP) process and cross‑functional LRR preparation as well as create and implement specific account strategies in priority centers; develop and execute omnichannel campaigns for launches and mature indications and manage compliant approvals.
Build external partnerships
: Spend significant time in the field to grow AZ’s Oncology leadership; build trusted, compliant relationships with decision‑makers and clinical influencers; refine target segmentation and prioritization; execute high‑quality interaction and activity plans; contribute to above‑brand market initiatives; and navigate a rapidly evolving ecosystem of science, diagnostics, and regulatory change.

Education : Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Economics or related field
