Role Summary

As Customer Success Lead, you will drive the adoption of agentic workflows across the organization—turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into real, everyday value for Traton R&D teams. You’ll connect people, technology, and strategy: guiding users, enabling champions, facilitating workshops, and ensuring our AI-first platform truly empowers its customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will start with a training program to understand the domain of agentic AI, its best practices and the products within the AI Enablement team. You will work closely with the AI Enablement product owner to drive the success of all AI Enablement customers within TRATON R&D. As the team grows you will have a natural leadership role regarding the user experience and communication of the products within AIE.

You will collaborate with the AI Enablement (AIE) Product owner to:

Coordinate the AIE champions network

Market AIE events such as stakeholder forums

Create marketing efforts for broad adoption of AIE products

Coordinate and, after some training, facilitate AIE workshops and presentations

After some training, support and facilitate context engineering courses

Create and maintain agentic workflows for customer support and success

Proactive outreach to potential AIE customers

Initial discussions with interested customers of AIE products and services

Coordinate pilot programs for AIE products and other go-to-market activities

Follow up on usage of AIE products and ways of working

Perform interviews of users and key stak

Responsibilities
