About this role
Description:
The candidate will join an existing team of 9 consultants and will be responsible for the customization, installation, integration, and support of Cadence simulation and material data management software products for our Swedish and European clients.
Responsibilities
- Communication with clients and partners, requirements analysis, and identification of possible solutions
- Design and development of new features for Hexagon products
- Design and implementation of integrations between Hexagon products and clients’ enterprise systems
- Installation and configuration of Cadence products and prerequisite software
- Providing support, training, and technical assistance either in-house or at client locations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web and Multimedia Technologies and Interaction Design and Technologies
- Proficiency in the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
- Strong knowledge of UI design and usability evaluation principles and techniques
- Good knowledge of scripting languages in Linux and Windows environments
- Good knowledge of GIT version control software
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing virtual machines in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Basic knowledge of VMware or VirtualBox virtualization applications
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate software products to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
