In Tampere, our teams contribute to the development and delivery of Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) and STATCOM solutions, which play an important role in improving power system stability, voltage control, and grid performance. The role is positioned in an international working environment, with close collaboration across teams and stakeholders in Stafford, UK; USA; India; Germany; and Finland.

Test Lead

As a Test Lead you will be responsible for leading and coordinating testing and validation activities in a complex technical environment. The role includes ownership of test planning, requirements traceability, test execution follow-up, defect coordination, and reporting.
