About this role

You will support the Compliance Consulting team in delivering high-quality AML and financial crime advisory services to a diverse client base. Working across investment management, wealth management, corporate finance, and fintech clients, you will be involved in both ongoing support and project-based work. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to client-facing responsibilities, regulatory research, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing consulting practice. What you'll do You will perform AML/KYC activities including onboarding, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence, ensuring compliance with relevant AML/CFT regulations You will complete key control processes such as name screening, risk assessments, and source of wealth/funds verification, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date You will support client relationships by acting as a point of contact for due diligence requests, responding to queries, and escalating risks or issues where appropriate You will contribute to reporting and advisory work, including preparing management information, drafting compliance materials, and supporting training and thought leadership initiatives You will conduct regulatory research and support consulting projects, helping to deliver practical solutions and insights to clients across financial crime and compliance matters What we offer Comprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributions Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance, discounted gym membership, eye test and corporate GP Annual leave: All our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave, plus all UK public holidays. You will have experience in AML/KYC, financial crime, or compliance roles, including onboarding and periodic reviews, ideally involving complex structures such as funds or trusts You may hold (or be working towards) a recognised qualification in AML or financial crime (e.g., ICA, CAMS), although this is not essential You will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders You will have good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong interest in financial crime and regulatory developments
