Our team works closely with product managers, sales, and marketing, supporting dealers and partners across Sweden. Your role will be key in building long-term customer relationships and driving operational excellence. About the role As Home Service Representative – Southern Sweden, you will be responsible for driving and developing the Husqvarna Home Service channel in the southern part of Sweden. The role is highly operational and field-based, with a strong focus on sales performance, partner coaching, and presence in day-to-day operations. You work closely with Home Service partners and van operators, supporting them in customer consultations, installations, and sales activities related to robotic lawnmowers. A large part of the role is spent in the field through ride-alongs, partner visits, local events, fairs, and on-site coaching. Your main responsibilities include: Driving sales results and following up on key KPIs such as sold units, conversion rate, and NPS Coaching, supporting, and challenging partners and operators to ensure high activity levels and strong customer experience Ensuring that partners follow agreed routines, processes, and standa
