WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Artworker in our Digital Curation team within H&M Global Marketing, you play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life across digital touchpoints. With a strong focus on brand communication, you are accountable for developing and securing creative masters and guidelines across digital channels such as hm.com, app, e-mail, and push notifications.
You will:
Develop, oversee, and execute visual expressions, creative masters, and guidelines across multiple digital media and channels.
Ensure all final creative masters are visually compelling and fully aligned with H&M’s brand identity and DNA.
Support global versioning and fulfillment of digital communication solutions.
Act by example with a growth mindset, contributing to a step-change in H&M’s digital‑first and fashion‑forward approach.
Stay on top of advertising and visual trends within lifestyle, technology, and art to continuously evolve our digital brand expression.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with Art Directors, as well as Production Managers, Production Coordinators, and Content Managers, and work cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders. Together, you ensure strong collaboration, clear handovers, and the best possible end results throughout the creative process.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
3+ years of experience as an Artworker or Creative Designer, preferably within fashion or retail and focused on digital mediums.
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), with familiarity in digital content creation tools.
Strong visual and creative skills, with the ability to bring concepts to life across digital channels.
A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of brand alignment.
