About the Assignment You will take a key role in a complex defense project where multiple sensors, subsystems and combat system components must come together as one reliable system-of-systems solution. In this position, you are responsible for the functional and info-logical interfaces across the combat system and for making sure the integrated solution delivers the required performance and capabilities. You work closely with the Technical Project Manager and act as the main point of contact for combat system integration. The role spans requirement definition, system and solution design, planning, coordination and follow-up, with close collaboration across engineering teams, suppliers and customers. You drive the overall combat system integration activities and ensure alignment with required performance and functional capabilities. You develop and maintain the system integration plan together with the Technical Project Manager and other stakeholders. You coordinate and participate in integration activities, identify issues early and help resolve them with a strong delivery focus. You lead a small team of CSI engineers, prioritize work and support the successful execution of integration tasks.
