ABOUT THE POSITION:The role involves evaluating and selecting suppliers based on their quality systems, capabilities, and performance, as well as conducting audits and site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards. It includes assessing and approving materials and components, supporting quality assurance activities in projects, and collaborating in cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
A key part of the work is monitoring supplier performance, working closely with suppliers to enhance their processes and quality systems, and providing guidance to help them meet quality expectations. The role also requires maintaining detailed documentation of supplier evaluations and performance, and collaborating with internal teams such as Technology, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure alignment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of engineering.
5-8 years of experience in the SQE area.
Has the ability to travel for work.
Are fluent in English both spoken and written because the language is spoken internally/externally.
Driver licens.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience of the Automotiveindustry.
Are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written.
ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and Friday is that the assignment will result in a permanent position.
