Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.</span></p><p><span>With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader.&nbsp;</span></p><p>To face our next challenges, the Product Marketing team is looking for a <strong>CRM Lifecycle Manager</strong> to strengthen our lifecycle, engagement across our B2B activities.<br></p><h3><strong>Your futures missions :</strong></h3><p>You will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys across our B2B lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention and engagement. Your mission is to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for all partners.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy, operational execution, data analysis, creativity, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.<br></p><p>Key responsibilities :</p><p><strong>Lifecycle Strategy &amp; Journey Design :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, build, and optimize multichannel customer journeys across the B2B lifecycle ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to the definition of CRM strategies that drive activation, conversion, engagement, and retention ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify key moments in the customer journey and propose high-impact initiatives ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Integrate CRM touchpoints into the product experience in collaboration with Product teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Operational Excellence :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build automated workflows and lifecycle programs from scratch (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Execute one-shot campaigns targeting specific communication needs ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Define targeting and segmentation to deliver the right message at the right time ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure smooth, scalable execution of CRM processes ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain high quality and attention to detail across all communications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Data-Driven Optimization :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor performance of journeys and campaigns ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize lifecycle programs ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify friction points across the B2B funnel ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Produce actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, conversion, and retention ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Use data tools and SQL (or similar) to support analysis and segmentation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Creative Content Production :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Produce engaging, drag and drop based communications across channels ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Adapt messaging to different lifecycle stages and audiences ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to personalize content using dynamic variables and scripting (e.g., Liquid).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Cross-Team Collaboration :</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Product, Data, Design, Operations, Sales &amp; Partnerships, and Brand teams ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Gather business insights to improve CRM initiatives ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to building scalable CRM strategies across multiple markets.</p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>About you :</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Master’s degree (Business, Marketing or equivalent) ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong interest in B2B environments and digital products ;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>E
