• In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will interact with our Commercial team across our five Business Units as well as key corporate functions. You will play a central role in driving the development of our ways of working, with a strong focus on digitalization and continuous improvement. Acting as a key integrator, you will ensure alignment across Business Units in areas supporting a consistent and efficient approach.
• Your main tasks include:
• Ensure aligned and standardized ways of working across Business Area Naval within bid and cost management
• Own and continuously develop calculation templates and related methodologies
• Drive improvement initiatives within tender management, including structured risk assessment
• Contribute to capability building through training, experience sharing, and knowledge transfer across the organization
• Actively manage and engage with key stakeholders across Business Units and Corporate functions
• Lead and implement digitalization initiatives within bid management and cost calculations
• Interface with Corporate functions to drive and implement Commercial initiatives related to bid and cost management
• Act as PM&T (Process, Methods & Tools) lead for processes within the Commercial domain
