About the Assignment You will join a durability team in a safety-focused automotive development environment where long-term performance is critical. In this role, you help ensure that new technical solutions remain robust over time while balancing safety, cost, weight and design. You work closely with design engineers, CAE specialists and lab technicians, and your analyses contribute directly to future product decisions. Your main focus is strength and durability testing of screw joints, while also supporting system- and component-level testing related to wheel suspension. This is a hands-on role for you if you enjoy combining physical testing, structured analysis and clear recommendations to support efficient product development. Job DescriptionYou plan and execute physical strength and durability tests and analyses, with a main focus on screw joints. You support system and component testing connected to wheel suspension. You establish test plans and define material needs in line with program deliveries. You work closely with lab technicians to define the right test setup for strength and endurance analysis. You support CAE and design engineers early in development by applying knowledge and lessons learned from previous vehicle programs. You analyze test data, report results and provide recommendations that support new technical solutions. You document findings and lessons learned so they can be reused in future concept and development work. You help develop requirements and methods that contribute to more efficient product development.
