Job Description:
What will be your key responsibilities?Receive and handle orders from customers via EDI, fax, phone or e-mail.
Responsible for running a manual quota process when needed due to product shortage or special activities
Make sure that a valid price agreement exists and make sure that the customer is invoiced a correct price.
Join weekly CMOS (Customer Mars operating system)
Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that the handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.
Receive and handle any customer complaint.
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of material on time to the salesforce.
Responsible for updating internal stakeholders regarding our delivery situation.
What are we looking for?Currently enrolled in a university program with expected graduation in 2028 or later
Language skills: Fluent in Finnish and English (written and oral)
Experience from working with office productivity software (mainly Outlook and Excel)
Comfortable driving and leading team KPI's and smaller projects
