About the Assignment You will join a team that connects complete vehicle development with component owners across propulsion and energy. The team holds the system perspective for the high-voltage area and works closely with topics such as charging standards, power electronics, control solutions, system safety and EMI compliance. In this role, you will strengthen the verification capability for high-voltage system requirements. You will work in an engineering environment where testing is a key part of delivery, with a strong focus on safety, structure and collaboration. Most verification is performed at vehicle level, and some testing is also carried out in HIL environments. You will work hands-on with vehicles in early development phases, where systems may require debugging before they operate as intended. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining planning, analysis and practical testing in a technically advanced automotive setting. Job DescriptionPlan and lead verification of system requirements for high-voltage systems. Coordinate test activities with testers and cross-functional testing teams. Initiate, execute and follow up system verification tests independently. Perform testing mainly at vehicle level and contribute to HIL-based verification when relevant. Debug vehicles and test setups in early development phases to enable reliable verification. Document test execution, analyze outcomes and produce clear test reports.
