Metsä Board is looking for a

MARKETING MANAGER, EUROPE

to be part of our Marketing, Communications and Sustainability team. This role is not only operational but a key enabler of our commercial ambition - driving segment understanding, customer relevance, brand visibility and value-based selling across priority segments.

You will report directly to the VP, Marketing, Communications and Sustainability and work closely with Sales and the wider Commercial Operations team.

The position is located at Metsä Board's head office in Espoo. The position requires some travelling.

What is the job that awaits you?

Build and refine segment-specific value propositions, translate insights into clear, differentiated marketing messages and produce marketing materials that strengthen Metsä Board's value promise.

Strengthen lead generation, nurturing and conversion activities.

Support segment task forces with customer-specific messaging and customer visits.

Build networks with influencers, customers, partners and industry experts.

Ensure Metsä Board's strong presence in key industry events, media and professional networks.
