Metsä Board is looking for a

DIRECTOR, PRICING AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT

to join our Commercial Operations Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role in shaping Metsä Board's commercial success and profitability across global markets. You will report directly to the SVP, Commercial Operations and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, and R&D to drive disciplined pricing and revenue management practices that support our growth ambitions.

The position is located at Metsä Board's head office in Espoo.

As Director, you will lead the development and execution of pricing excellence and revenue management across our global business. Your scope will include:

Setting the vision and strategy for pricing and revenue management aligned with Metsä Board's commercial strategy and long-term growth targets.

Driving value-based pricing by anticipating customer value creation and capturing that value through disciplined pricing structures.

Leading profitability steering at segment, channel, and account level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights for decision-making.
