About this role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated À la Carte & Events Chef to join our professional kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring excellent dining experiences for our guests.

During May and June we can offer hours mainly on the weekends, July to August full hours.

Our expertise are catering weddings, brunch events and a'la carte.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook à la carte & events according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
  • Manage your station during service
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef or line cook in an à la carte & Events kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
  • Team-oriented mindset and good English communication skills
  • Culinary education is considered an advantage
